Filmmaker Terms & Agreement

By submitting your film to 4th Ground through this portal, you agree to the following terms:

1. Licensing

You grant 4th Ground a non-exclusive license to distribute, market, and stream your film on the 4th Ground platform.

2. Revenue Share

Rental revenue will be split 70/30. 70% to Filmmaker, 30% to 4th Ground. Payouts monthly.

3. Content Guidelines

Preview clips must not contain nudity or explicit sexual content. All content must be owned by you.

4. Term & Termination

This agreement is valid for 2 years and auto-renews. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice.

5. Agreement

Submission of your film through this portal constitutes your full agreement to these terms.
